Who Final Cut Pro suits
Final Cut Pro is Apple's professional editor, known for its magnetic timeline. Apple lists AI tools such as Magnetic Mask, which separates people from the background without a green screen, and captions made from spoken audio. On iPad, Live Multicam connects up to four iPhones or iPads.
It's built for editors. For a reel from your gym clips, it's a lot of tool.
Final Cut Pro price in India
Apple India lists Final Cut Pro as a one-time purchase at ₹29,900 on the Mac. It's also part of Apple Creator Studio — with Logic Pro, Pixelmator Pro, Motion, Compressor and MainStage — at ₹399 a month or ₹3,999 a year (₹199 / ₹1,999 for students and educators), with a 30-day free trial (checked 11 Oct 2026). On iPad, Final Cut Pro comes with that subscription.
Alpha's free templates cost nothing; premium templates are ₹50–₹120 once — see pricing.
Mac, iPad — and not Windows
Final Cut Pro needs a Mac (8 GB of memory, 16 GB recommended; some features need Apple silicon) or an iPad with an M1 chip or later on iPadOS 18.6 or newer. “Final Cut Pro Windows pe chalta hai kya?” No. Alpha Studio runs in any modern browser, there's an Android app, and the reel renders on your device.
Templates and effects
Final Cut Pro's templates are Motion titles and effects you place on your timeline. An Alpha template is the whole reel: one of Alpha Siddhant's own edits, with text behind you in 9 templates, the body outline in 19 and smooth speed ramps in 25, applied to your clips by on-device AI.
Learning curve and reels you can make today
Final Cut Pro is friendlier than many pro editors, but colour, audio and effects take practice. Alpha takes none. Today its 29 templates are gym reels — gym vlogs, transformations, workouts; Garba, Navratri, birthday and couple templates are still coming.
