Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — on your account page (or in the Alpha app). Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
How do I pay?
With UPI Autopay or a card, through Razorpay. You approve the monthly payment once; it renews every month until you cancel.
What counts as a template?
Each new premium template you unlock counts once. Downloading it again, on any device, is free.
Do unused templates carry over?
No. Alpha Pro gives 20 new templates in each billing cycle; the ones you don't use don't carry over.
What does fair use mean on Unlimited?
Up to 8 new templates a day (India time) and 80 in a billing cycle — far more than anyone posts. It stops bulk downloading.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Plans belong to your Alpha account (Sign in with Google), so they work on the website, in the web Studio and in the Alpha app.
