Who we are
Alpha Siddhant (“we”, “us”) is owned and run by Siddhant Gour, an individual based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. These terms apply to www.siddhantgour.com and www.siddhant.si, the Alpha Siddhant store at www.siddhantgour.com/alpha, the Alpha Studio and the Alpha by Siddhant app (together, “the service”). By using the service or buying from it, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older, or use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
What we sell
Digital templates for making short videos:
- VN codes: a QR code and a link that open a ready-made template in the VN Video Editor app.
- Reel templates for the Alpha Studio, which runs in your browser, and for the Alpha by Siddhant app.
- Editing kits, such as colour looks (LUTs) and sound effects, when they are offered.
Many templates are free. A premium template shows its price on its own page before you pay. Everything we sell is digital; nothing is shipped.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay, using the methods Razorpay offers at checkout, such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password. An order is complete only when Razorpay confirms the payment. We may change prices at any time; a change never affects an order you have already paid for.
Delivery
Your template is delivered on screen as soon as the payment is confirmed. The shipping and delivery policy has the details.
Your licence
When you buy a template you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it in your own videos, personal or commercial. You may not resell, share, publish or give away the VN code, the QR code, the template files, the looks or the sound effects themselves, and you may not present them as your own work.
Music and other apps
No template includes songs. Add music inside Instagram or another platform that licenses it. VN Video Editor, Instagram and the other apps you use belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with them and are not responsible for changes they make. If such a change stops a template you bought from working, our refund policy applies.
Fair use of the service
Do not try to get paid templates without paying, copy or scrape the store, break or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access that does.
Our content
The templates, edits, designs and text on the service belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright. The names and logos of other companies belong to those companies.
Cancellations and refunds
Templates are delivered instantly, so an order cannot be cancelled once it has been delivered. When we refund is set out in the refund and cancellation policy.
Liability
The service and the templates are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be taken away.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. The terms in force when you paid apply to that order.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to put things right.
