Free VN template for a friends birthday reel — no VN app needed

Looking for a free VN template for a birthday reel? Friends Birthday Reel — Midnight Surprise is a free VN template alternative: a ready-made, beat-cut reel where you only drop in your 19 photos or clips. It opens in Alpha Studio in your browser and in the Alpha app — no VN app, no VN code, no QR scan.

Most free VN templates are project files that open only in VN. This one has scrapbook paper pages, photo cards in polaroid frames with tape and handwritten captions, torn-paper cut-outs of the people in your photos and handwriting that writes itself on, which a VN project can't carry, so it is made in Alpha instead — and it is still free: the video you export has a small Alpha QR in the corner, and a one-time ₹11 takes the QR and the end card out.

FAQ

Is the Friends Birthday Reel — Midnight Surprise a free VN template?

It works like one: a ready-made birthday reel that you fill with your own photos or clips, and it is free. But it opens in Alpha Studio (in your browser) and in the Alpha by Siddhant app, not in the VN app, because it uses scrapbook paper pages, photo cards in polaroid frames with tape and handwritten captions, torn-paper cut-outs of the people in your photos and handwriting that writes itself on — things a VN project can't carry. Think of it as a free VN template alternative.

Can I use this free VN template in the VN app?

No. There is no VN file for it. If you need a free VN template that opens in VN, see the free birthday VN templates on this site; if you just want a great birthday reel from your photos, use this one in Alpha Studio or the Alpha app.

Which song is used in the Friends Birthday Reel — Midnight Surprise free VN template alternative?

Iktara (Wake Up Sid), from 1:10.64. The export includes it; on Instagram you can also add the song from Instagram's music at 1:10.64.

How do I get this free VN template for a birthday reel?

Tap Use for Free, then choose Edit here (your browser) or the Alpha by Siddhant app. Add your 19 photos or clips, edit, and export — it takes a few minutes and renders on your phone.

Is it really free? What is the Alpha QR?

Yes. A free export has a small Alpha QR in the corner (about 3.5 to 7.5 seconds) and a short end card. A one-time payment of ₹11 removes both, on every device. Nothing else is locked.

How many photos do I need for the Friends Birthday Reel — Midnight Surprise template?

19 photos or clips. A photo can appear in several places; you only add it once.

Where can I find more free VN templates for birthday reels?

See all birthday templates on this site: https://www.siddhantgour.com/alpha/vn-codes/birthday/. Some open in VN, others (like this one) open in Alpha Studio and the Alpha app.
